Terms & Conditions

By booking one of our rentals, you agree to the following:

1. Respect the Neighborhood
* Quiet hours: **10 PM – 7 AM**.
* No parties or events.
* Guests are responsible for any fines or penalties caused by their behavior.

2. Registered Guests Only
* Only the guests listed on the booking may stay overnight.
* Additional visitors require prior approval.
* Unauthorized guests or subletting may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

3. Property Care
* Treat the home with care and leave it tidy.
* Guests are responsible for damages or missing items.
* Excessive mess may incur extra cleaning fees.

4. Check-In & Check-Out
* Check-in: after 3 PM | Check-out: by 10 AM
* Late check-out may be arranged in advance; fees apply if not approved.

5. Smoking
* No smoking inside. Outdoor areas may be used.
* Violations incur fees and extra cleaning costs.

6. Safety & Maintenance
* The host may need access with notice for maintenance or repairs.
* The host is not responsible for temporary utility or equipment issues.

7. Liability
* Guests are responsible for personal belongings and any accidents or injuries.
* The host is not liable for disruptions beyond their control (construction, neighbors, etc.).

8. Anti-Party Policy
* Excessive noise or parties are prohibited.
* Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and loss of security deposit.

9. Payments & Cancellations
* 50% deposit to confirm booking; remainder due 7 days before check-in.
* Deposits are non-refundable; no refund for early departures.

10. Complaints
* Report issues during your stay so we can resolve them promptly.
* Complaints after check-out without prior notice will not be considered.
